We take our woodworking to the next level by incorporating epoxy resin into the design to create show-stopping original pieces. The wood pieces are placed in a specific frame built for pouring a cast. The epoxy resin is colorized and poured into the frame, torched to remove air bubbles, then left to cure. Multiple pours may be required based on the thickness allowing curing time for each pour. After completion, demolding and leveling the surface is required before sanding is done to acquire a smooth surface. Lastly the seal coats are placed on the product to produce that beautiful polished finish.

This same technique is used for all products whether we are creating fine furniture, wall decor, or charcuterie and cutting boards.
