Handcrafted "Charcuterie Boards" are perfect for gifting and hosting a party for any occasion, as each board is a unique custom board, and no two boards are alike! This handcrafted charcuterie is made from two large pieces of wavy or curly maple on both sides of the board, and two thin strips of maple in the center. Wavy maple is representative of the ripples in the grain pattern, which gives off a three-dimensional effect. This board also has two thin strips of southern walnut, two wider strips of American cherry, and four small strips and one larger strip of exotic purpleheart in the center. Purpleheart is a hardwood that is indicative of the Central and South American region from Mexico down to southern Brazil. The board comes standard with four black plastic feet screwed onto the bottom. All charcuterie board products can be personalized with a laser engraver at an additional cost.
Charcuterie Board with Wavy Maple, Purpleheart, Cherry, and Walnut
This custom 11" W x 16" L x .75" H charcuterie board is made from four different hardwoods (i.e. wavy maple, purpleheart, American cherry, and southern walnut). The finished board was rubbed with cutting board oil containing USP food-grade mineral oil and vitamin E. Then, a butcher block conditioner containing water-resistant beeswax and carnauba wax was applied to prevent drying and cracking.
