Handcrafted "Cutting Boards" are perfect for gifting and hosting a party for any occasion, as each board is a unique custom board, and no two boards are alike! This handcrafted cutting board is made from two end pieces of maple lining both sides of the board, with four additional maple strips. There are four strips of southern walnut with a small strip of exotic purpleheart in the center. Purpleheart is a hardwood that is indicative of the Central and South American region from Mexico down to southern Brazil. The board comes standard with a juice groove and four black plastic feet screwed onto the bottom. All cutting board products can be personalized with a laser engraver at an additional cost.
Cutting Board Carefully Crafted with Maple, Walnut, and Purpleheart
This custom 11.25" W x 16.5" L x 1" H cutting board is made from three different hardwoods (i.e. maple, walnut, and purpleheart). The finished board was rubbed with cutting board oil containing USP food-grade mineral oil and vitamin E. Then, a butcher block conditioner containing water-resistant beeswax and carnauba wax was applied to prevent drying and cracking.
